Starlet is thrilled to have moved to our new location at 153 Johnson Street in Windsor, California. We are so excited to be a member of the Windsor Town Green community!

Appointments are required at our new Windsor location. We are closed Thanksgiving Day and Black Friday, we will reopen on Saturday, November 26th for our Appointments. We are only taking bridal appointments at this time for Windsor. After December 1st, we will be taking Mothers, Party & Prom appointments.
